Beaconsfield, Britain’s Richest Town, a Civil Parish and Market Town in the South Bucks District in the English County of Buckinghamshire
Beaconsfield is a civil parish and market town located within the South Bucks district of the Buckinghamshire County in England. The town is next to the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, 17 miles away from Aylesbury, the county’s administrative town and 23.6 miles from London. Other towns within a five-mile radius are High Wycombe, Gerrards Cross, Amersham and Slough.
The Chiltern Main Line services the town, a railway that links London (Marylebone) and Birmingham via High Wycombe, Banbury and Leamington Spa. Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross and Ruislip are three of the wealthy suburban towns towards London serviced by the railway. The Old town which grew partly around the Oxford Road to serve the coach traffic is reflected in the New Beaconsfield which also developed around the railway station.

And, third, for the National Film and Television School, one of the top film, television and new media school in the world. The New Town, on the other hand, is 1 mile further to the north. It was built at the turn of the century during the advent of the railway.
