Minibus Hire

Tell us the licence categories you hold, when you passed your test, your age and how the vehicle will be used. Larger minibuses normally require D1 entitlement and additional driver checks. Do not assume a standard car licence covers your chosen vehicle.

Call us with your hire dates, delivery postcode, vehicle requirements and driver details. We will check the options and explain the price and hire conditions before you decide.

Free delivery and collection are available for eligible UK mainland home or workplace addresses. We confirm the address, access, timing and vehicle when you book. Airports, stations, ports and other non-standard locations need a separate check; additional charges can apply.

Unlimited mileage is available subject to current fair-use terms. High-mileage work and courier or delivery-service use need separate arrangements; excess-mile charges can apply.

Selected vehicles may be available for a one-way UK mainland hire. We confirm both postcodes, the vehicle, route and any charge before booking. European and island one-way journeys are not included.

We check the licence entitlement and history of every named driver, along with age, experience and intended use. General car, van and truck policies normally cover ages 23–70 with at least two years’ driving experience, subject to approval. Minibuses and heavier vehicles have additional requirements.
