Olney is a civil parish and market town in the Borough of Milton Keynes in the County of Buckinghamshire in South East England. It sits on the banks of the River Great Ouse near the borders of Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire and the same distance from Milton Keynes, Bedford and Northampton. It is connected to London by fast train links from Bedford or Milton Keynes Central and has easy access to the M1 motorway at Junction 14. The town is a favourite tourist destination, and famous for the Pancake Race and the Hymns of John Newton and William Cowper.
