Rickmansworth, a Small Town and the Administrative Seat of the Three Rivers District Council in the English County of Hertfordshire
The little town of Rickmansworth is the administrative seat of the Three Rivers District Council in the Hertfordshire County in England. It is almost 20 miles north-west of Central London within the boundary of the M25 motorway. Watford, which is about 5 miles to the east is the nearest large town. It is located primarily to the north of the Grand Union Canal and the River Colne. The Metropolitan Line of the Chiltern Railways and London Underground serves the town from London Marylebone to Aylesbury.

There are no shopping centres in this village. One has to travel less than four kilometres to get to Intu Watford.
