Before you book
We will check your dates, route, delivery address and named drivers, then explain the vehicle group, price, mileage, deposit, insurance and delivery arrangements. A quote is based on the exact booking and hire period rather than the seat count alone.
If you need a one-way hire or plan to travel abroad, ask before booking. Permission, cover, documents and charges must be confirmed for the particular vehicle and journey.

Can I drive a minibus on my licence?
Tell us the licence categories you hold, when you passed your test, your age and how the vehicle will be used. Larger minibuses normally require D1 entitlement and additional driver checks. Do not assume a standard car licence covers your chosen vehicle.
How do I get a quote?
Call us with your hire dates, delivery postcode, vehicle requirements and driver details. We will check the options and explain the price and hire conditions before you decide.

Is mileage unlimited?
Unlimited mileage is available subject to current fair-use terms. High-mileage work and courier or delivery-service use need separate arrangements; excess-mile charges can apply.
Can I arrange a one-way hire?
Selected vehicles may be available for a one-way UK mainland hire. We confirm both postcodes, the vehicle, route and any charge before booking. European and island one-way journeys are not included.
What licence and driver details do you need?
We check the licence entitlement and history of every named driver, along with age, experience and intended use. General car, van and truck policies normally cover ages 23–70 with at least two years’ driving experience, subject to approval. Minibuses and heavier vehicles have additional requirements.
