One of these parks is the Warrior Square Gardens, a strip of land that features a picturesque landscaped garden that houses the statue of Queen Victoria. The St. Leonards Garden is the second one of these parks, originally a private garden of the Burton family, it features two ponds and the famous Maze Hill. On the wooded valley of the garden are gothic style architectures. Another popular park this town offers is the Marwick Gardens, which was built primarily for the pleasure and use of the Marwick Terrace residents. The Gensing Gardens is the last of these popular parks, landscapes by the then borough surveyor, William Andrews.
