The market town of Beccles in the Waveney District of Suffolk County, England is also a civil parish. It is located on the edge of the Broads National Park on the River Waveney. The town is 16 miles south-east of Norwich, 33 miles north northeast of Ipswich, the county town of Suffolk, and 98 miles northeast of London. Via the A12 and A145, however, it is 109 miles from London.
