Things to See and Do in Chorleywood
The Chorleywood House which is now a local nature reserve used to be a Regency mansion built in 1822 by John Barnes replacing an existing farmhouse. Surrounding the house are a mature woodland, a parkland and meadows with hiking trails all the way to the River Chess. Chorleywood Commons is part of the Chiltern Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and also worth a visit while in this area.
